Property Manager- Residential - NYC
Major real estate owner/property management firm seeks a Property Manager to oversee a high rise (pre-war) residential building in NYC.  This individual will oversee all property management operations, including office, management of staff, budget management, purchasing, engineering/construction, renovations, maintenance and repair, cleaning, outside contractors, and landlord –tenant relations. Individual will coordinate with leasing and legal and finance.
