Package: Basic salary ranges from £2,300 - £15,000 weekly/monthly dependent on experience level, plus attractive Stock Grant (from day one), Target Bonus (circa 20% at present) and other company benefits. Employment Benefits also includes Accommodation and Feeding. Full summary of the entire package will be couriered to qualified applicant before resumption of duty.

REDC is currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our auction team in Chicago on Sunday January 17th!
 
We are looking for Customer Coordinators that can walk the winning bidder through the purchase agreement. Real estate, Title, Escrow experience preferred. Training provided the morning of the auction. Pay will be $17.50/hour

SUMMARY:
Provide administrative support and follow up for the Auditors; quality control review of Broker Price Opinion’s on a national level.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Follow up on the quality review of real estate valuations to ensure the delivery of a quality product that meets all industry and customer specific requirements.
 
Provide administrative support to staff /customers and handle all technical questions through to resolution.
 
Reconciliation of applicable vendor and customer fees, prior to invoicing.
Contact vendors to obtain required information.
 
Maintain quality control standards.
 
Educate vendors on our customer’s specifications and ORDMS expectations as they relate to the assigned order and product.
 
Perform other related duties or projects as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
 
Assist with the implementation of services.
 
Regular consistent attendance is required and could including after hour Company events.
Ability to get along with others in the work place.
Ability to work overtime as requested and approved by supervisor
