Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a part-time Cash Vault Teller for our Phoenix, AZ cash processing facility. We are seeking an energetic individual who will be responsible for the secure, timely and accurate processing of customer deposits brought to Cash Vault Services via armored car. These duties include separating currency, verifying bank deposits and preparing change orders. The hours for this position are day shift, Monday-Friday, approximately 30 hours or more per week.

No weekends or holidays!

The successful candidate must be detail oriented, have a stable work history with at least 6 months cash handling experience, be capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs., have a clean criminal record and verifiable background.

Our Expectation of our Tellers:
Tellers introduce customers to new products and services, and generate leads for other members of the sales team to close. Every teller has her/his own scorecard with goals. Our best tellers constantly go the extra mile to greet customers, make them feel welcome and also engage customers to learn about their financial needs. An excellent teller processes between 20-25 customer transactions each hour with no mistakes through patience, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures. Every teller is responsible for maintaining and balancing a cash drawer.

Work Schedule/Hours:  20 hours per week. Must be available to work any shift between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday and 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Saturdays (work 3, off 1). IMPORTANT NOTE: Typical work schedule is 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday and Saturday mornings, but candidates MUST be available to work any shift as needed.

Drive company or personal vehicle to various ATM site locations.
Remove customer deposits from ATM machines.
Perform inventory and order supplies as needed.
Record information regarding ATM Deposits.
Sign and date records and reports related to ATM machines.
Communicate and deliver/Fed Ex deposits to various customers.
